Alibag has made it to the Top 60 Luxury Residential Enclaves in the world and Uniland has done its fair share to help put it on that map. We have completed several popular projects all over the Alibag-Murud area. All projects were completed well within the estimated time-frame and all plots were sold before completion.

Our first project at Awas consisted of eight one-acre plots located near the creek between Awas and Kihim beaches. The property is a five-minute walk from Awas beach and was carefully chosen to provide an unrestricted view of the sea. The property was fully developed by us with internal roads, wells, pump house with water tank, water supply through concealed pipes, electricity, fencing, planting of trees, and construction of a path over the creek to the beach.

The Kihim property comprises five plots are a few minutes’ walk from the beach, varying in size from half to one acre. It has concealed piping for 24 hour water supply, a three phase electricity connection with concealed cabling, fencing and gates. Understanding the weather and land conditions specific to our property, it was mud-filled by two feet with storm water drainage provided to prevent water logging during the monsoons. Coconut, chikoo and mango trees, flowering plants and hedges have been planted around the plots and the all-weather access road leading to them.

Kilawee, our Kashid project, consists of 15 fully developed non-agricultural plots ranging in area from 6,000 square feet to 12,000 square feet, and 5 agricultural plots from half acre to one acre in size. Every plot has a view of the sea and palm trees on the beach in front, while behind the property are thickly wooded hills forming an ideal backdrop to relax and unwind. Kilawee is a three-minute walk from pristine Kashid beach with a private road directly from the property to the beach.

The entire property has been completely developed with all the necessary infrastructure including well laid out motorable roads, storm water drainage system, a 17,000 square foot landscaped garden and round the clock security. Trees have been planted in all the plots and along all the internal roads and open spaces.

Perhaps our most picturesque property, this project of 10 plots at the foot of the Kankeshwar Hills was developed on 21 acres of gently sloping land. From here, you get a panoramic view of the Alibag coastal plain, the Arabian Sea and even Mumbai Harbour. A designated forest zone surrounds the property on three sides, with the cliffs of the thickly wooded Kankeshwar Hills forming thebackdrop with four streams running through the property.

Each plot has an all-weather access road, water supply through concealed pipes, fencing, gates, landscaping and three phase electricity supply.
